What does Cancer Genome Interpreter do?
- Identifies potentially oncogenic alterations.
- Flags genomic biomarkers of drug response with different levels of clinical relevance.
How are oncogenic alterations identified?
- With BoostDM, a machine learning approach inspired in evolutionary biology.
- Those mutations without a BoostDM model are annotated with OncodriveMUT.
- Alterations annotated as oncogenic in public repositories are flagged.
